After previously working with UCCF for a year, Daisy now brings her operations skills to the team at CEM. She is currently based in Central London where she lives with her husband, Nathan.
Kay Carter
UK National Director
Kay’s background is in print and digital journalism, with a brief spell working in Parliament for a human rights group. She now puts her skills to use for charities which have a communications focus and lives in north London with her husband and two daughters.
Diane Casement
Northern Ireland Engagement Officer
Diane has been running CE courses for 25 years and wants to enable church leaders in NI to see how CEM resources can be used more effectively in local church evangelism. She lives in Belfast with her husband and has three grown-up children.
Dave Cornes
Associate Youth Evangelist
Dave Cornes is a pastor, speaker and presenter. He is most passionate about growing disciples who make disciples and loves to equip young people to change the world for Jesus. He spent ten years in youth work before heading to the Isle of Wight with his wife, Kat, to start a church.
Louanne Enns
International Operations Manager
Louanne joined the team at CEM in 2011 and enjoys equipping the local church around the world in Biblically rooted evangelism. Louanne returned to Canada in 2022 and continues to support our international work from Vancouver.
Phil Grout
Operations Administrator
Phil assists with operations in the UK and came to us in 2017 from a publishing background. He lives just outside London.

Director of Prison Ministry
Stephen joined the team to help develop our courses for prisons, after spending time in prison himself. Stephen and his family currently live in Swansea, Wales. Read his story
Katie Lei
International Development Manager (ASEAN and Special Projects)
Katie has ministered in the UK and Hong Kong, infusing her work with cross-cultural understanding. Passionate about technology and innovation, she enjoys developing digital platforms and content. In addition to her work at CEM, Katie also works as an assistant hospital chaplain.
Grace McDowell
UK Operations Coordinator and PA to Rico Tice
Grace helps run the operations in the UK as well as supporting Rico Tice in his ministry. She is from Northern Ireland but now calls London home.
Eileen Nitao
Ministry Contact Coordinator
Eileen manages our database and provides support for our course users. She also helps develop our digital courses. She lives in South West London and also works for a church teaching English to refugees and asylum seekers.
Ian Roberts
Chief Executive
Ian was the Church Manager at All Souls Langham Place during the development phase of Christianity Explored. He joined the team full-time in 2009, initially as Director of Resources, taking on his current role in 2011. He studied Economics at Bristol University and Evangelism at Trinity College, Bristol and currently lives just outside London with his family.
Alex Robinson
Finance and Operations Manager
Alex's background is in film production and has spent the last six years working to support churches and church planting networks in everything from film and websites, to finance and operations. He is currently based in Birmingham with his wife and two children.
Jubiracy da Silva
International Training Director
Jubi is a writer and speaker, passionate about equipping the local church in evangelism. Before joining us, he pastored in Brazil and studied at Regent College, Vancouver. He lives with his wife and two daughters in Wargrave, Berkshire.
Anna Stileman
Communications Manager
Anna started her career doing marketing and communications for art galleries in Birmingham. She then went on to work for a start-up, followed by a human rights law firm. Anna lives in Oxford with her husband and cocker spaniel.
Rico Tice
Evangelist
Rico is a passionate evangelist, and former Senior Minister of Evangelism at All Souls, Langham Place in London. Co-Founder of Christianity Explored Ministries, he is a regular speaker at missions and evangelistic events around the world. He’s married to Lucy and they have three young children.
Robin Turton
Regional and UK Prison Ministry Coordinator
Robin lives in the Scottish Borders, and came to Christ whilst serving as a police officer. Now retired, his role is to support course leaders as they use our materials, and he is an integral part of our prison ministry team.

Ben Kirkpatrick

Ben Kirkpatrick has worked with Christianity Explored courses both in the US and the UK since he was a teenager. After completing his theological studies he joined the CENA team to build the presence of Christianity Explored on the North American continent. Before joining CENA Ben worked in local churches and in higher educational operations.

Lorianne Merritt
Executive Director, North America
Trained as an industrial engineer, Lorianne transitioned in her career to serve churches and faith-based non-profits. With a seminary degree in theology and a heart for hospitality, she has a passion to equip churches and to help people grow in love with Jesus and Scripture.

Tim Philips

Having served as an ordained Anglican minister in the Diocese of West Malaysia for several years, Tim is the first National Director for Christianity Explored Malaysia. He is passionate about seeing the local church equipped to minister the gospel to every people, tribe and tongue. Tim grew up in the UK, but now lives in Kuala Lumpur with his Malaysian wife Melissa and their three children.
