Prison Ministry

We reach out to prisoners and have created Prison Editions of our core resources Christianity Explored and Discipleship Explored.

Alongside Prison Fellowship International we’ve developed The Prisoner’s Journey®, an adaption of Christianity Explored Prison Edition (principally used in the UK), now used in prisons across the world.

Since The Prisoner’s Journey® was launched in 2014,

1,531,800 prisoners in 874 prisons in 36 countries

have been invited to explore who Jesus is, why He came and what it means to follow Him through an interactive study of Mark’s gospel tailored specifically for those in prison.

  • In 36 countries with an annual completion rate of 175,000 prisoners
  • 26 languages and dialects
  • Over 693,300 prisoners today have ‘graduated’ from the course

One of the most rewarding things I've heard a prisoner say is, "I'm more free in prison than I would be outside, now that I have Christ in my life.
